Shipping policy

For Ready to Ship products:

They will be processed and shipped between 3 to 5 bussines days

 

For Order Made and commissions:

Depending the amount of work I have at the moment can take between 1 to 3 weeks to be shipped

 

All my orders come with tracking information unless the item says otherwise

I don't collect any VAT, so the buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes to your country. Please note that processing time in customs may also be affected due to the changes in VAT policy.

NOTE FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS

As of July 1, 2021, all orders to UK and EU will be subject to VAT regardless of the order value. Haniscrochet WON'T be collecting VAT or import duties. VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. By purchasing through www.haniscrochet.com customers agree that they are responsible for customs duties and taxes to your country. Please note that processing time in customs may also be affected due to the changes in VAT policy.

 

Return and cancellations

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hanisdoing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a the instructions on how and where to send your package, the cost for the shipping is on your side. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
  • Items payed with gift cards


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital products cannot be refunded so please check the items you are purchasing before making any payment
